Project terms.

Augustino LLC provides custom website design, web development, and focused software services. Nothing is purchased directly through this public website. Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship or an obligation for either party.

Proposals and payment

Work begins only after Augustino and the client approve a written proposal or agreement. That document identifies the scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, payment milestones, ownership terms, and any ongoing support. Payments are collected through Stripe-hosted invoices or another method stated in the agreement.

Changes and delivery

Requests outside the agreed scope may require a written change to price or schedule. Delivery dates depend on timely client feedback, content, access, and approvals. The project agreement controls if its terms differ from this general summary.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation rights and any refund are defined in the project agreement. Because the work is custom, fees attributable to work already performed and approved non-cancellable expenses are generally not refundable. Any prepaid amount not earned or committed is handled as stated in the agreement.
